Our History
Foundation in Engineering PF & Co Construction Ltd began with a technical foundation as structural engineers. We cut our teeth on our first in-house project—a successful HMO development in Guildford. This project set the standard for the precision and quality we bring to every build.
Growth & Diversification From those engineering roots, we expanded rapidly. We began tackling a diverse range of projects, including complex renovations, flat conversions, mixed-use commercial developments, and full property refurbishments.
A Defining Moment Building a reliable, skilled team was a challenge we met head-on. A key milestone in our history was completing our first new build, where we stepped in to rescue a project for clients facing difficulties with previous contractors. This experience defined our ethos: we don’t just build; we provide solutions and peace of mind.
